Customer Hub

Customer Hub is a master data management system that consolidates company and contact information in order to generate a single source of truth.

Sitting at the heart of an organisation’s enterprise architecture, Customer Hub’s APIs make it simple to integrate with operational systems that author and/or consume customer and prospect data.

Customer Hub also provides a ‘file-loader’ capability to allow non-technical resources to bulk-load data quickly and easily. There is also a dedicated user interface for direct data entry. This ensures that freshly obtained customer or prospect data can be made readily available to the business functions that need it.

Upon ingestion of data, Customer Hub will automatically validate, transform, enrich, and match and merge the data, to produce a cleansed & aligned single source of truth – the ‘Golden Record’.

This curated, high-quality data set can then be published to all relevant systems to ensure that the benefits are shared throughout the business.

Elegy

Elegy is a fulfilment application consisting of a series of loosely-coupled modules:

The first version was developed in 1996 and it has been in continuous use ever since. It looks rather different these days, and it’s gone from a traditional client/server architecture to a multi-tier cloud-based application, but we’re delighted that the first thing we did as a company is still delivering value.

Rota System

That's My Rota

That’s My Rota is an enterprise-level cloud-based rota application. It is designed to take the sweat out of rota administration.

Administrators can define people, places, roles, tasks, time periods, and preferences. They can also specify availability patterns (and unavailability) for the people in the rota. All of this data is used to create a conflict-free rota automatically. The resulting rota can be edited manually if desired.

The people being scheduled may also have non-admin access to the application, so that they can see their rota in real-time e.g. on their phone. Administrators can easily identify and remedy gaps in the rota. Any changes are immediately visible to all users.

That’s My Rota has an extensive set of reports to allow administrators to understand resource utilisation. Reports can be rolled up or broken down in multiple ways.
